1st step:
Open the website http://www.efax.com/ and pointing the mouse pointer to the below part of the pages. Looks for Limited Account and Try eFax for free, click the free trial.

2nd step:
Fill out the create account form. Click the “You’re almost finished” button. After that choose the “Continue with my eFax free registration and get a non-local eFax number” then click the “Submit” button.

3rd step:
Check your email account that you use for filling the form on eFax registration account. Read the email and then click the “click here” link to activate your eFax account. If the registration is success, you will get another email that contains the eFax number and a pin to login to use the eFax service.

4th step:
To make you easier to use eFax service, download the eFax messenger plus and install it to your PC. Follow the instruction that you can find at the second email that mailed by eFax to you or you can download it at the eFax web page.

5th step:
Install the eFax messenger plus on your PC. Fill your eFax number and pin. Then choose the file format that will be associated with your eFax messenger plus and email account that you use. Just follow the procedure.

6th step:
Now you ready to receive a fax. To try it, call the provider services for International Direct Call from your own country. Tell your destination number (your eFax number) then put the document you want to be faxed to the facsimiles and push the “start” button after you hear a beep from your facsimiles machine.

7th step:
You will receive the facsimile soon in an email format from eFax. The title usually write “eFax from - ”

8th step:
The document is on attachment format (usually with paper clip logo). You can open it by click on it.

9th step:
Your eFax messenger plus application will automatically open. You can editing the document and add some pages. To printing it, click “File” “Print”. That’s all.

Note:
If you are a regularly or daily fax user, I recommend you to buy the service. It’s 100% cheaper than you use your own facsimile number. When you decide to choose the eFax plus (paying service) then you will got:
